Seek is a catalytic coaching program for leaders in moments of transition: recently promoted, flirting with a big change, or launching a new project.

You want to:

• Clarify your current calling and recast your life vision

• Work closer to the roots of injustice you’re called to heal

You’re seeking a witness and support system as you start to explore the untapped potential of your own leadership. This journey stirs up power, fear and ambiguity, and it should be held in a sacred way.

In Seek, we take a deep look together at your spirituality, your justice commitments, your leadership gifts and your vision for your future through 6 one-on-one coaching sessions and a curriculum of exercises in between sessions.

You leave on the path toward your new calling as a leader, with a new set of skills for discerning your work. 

Seek gives you:

• An honest appraisal of your current callings and an understanding of what your energy is leading you to create and generate. Maybe even some things you've been afraid to say out loud.

• A map of your unique spirituality, and insights about how it’s shaping your leadership

• Clarity on the commitments to justice that you uniquely can live out this year to feel connected, exhilarated, and proud of the life you're leading in your community and for future generations

• Support as you experiment with taking bold new actions on the good stuff above

Is Seek for you?

*You want to clarify your current calling. You know you have something more specific, powerful, and precious to give to the world, but trying to sort it out on your own feels like a lot

*You feel like you’ve outgrown the setting you’re in, you’re living on the fumes of past goals, or you're carting around bad habits of stress and workaholism. You are ready to transform your leadership even if you’re scared or you have the “hiding feeling”

*You have an explicit commitment to healing injustice with your skills, and you want to solidify how you’ll live into your values this year

*You may be in a moment of transition, and a traditional job search would not satisfy your need for deeper meaning

*You’re eager to explore your spirituality — even/especially if you’re a religious “none” — and understand how your theology shapes your leadership
